EXPERIENCE

I'm a  certified and trained in a number of specialty areas including addictions, bereavement and loss, family systems, hypnotherapy and relationship dynamics.  I have experience assisting adults and adolescents that have issues pertaining to addiction, depression, anxiety, health and wellness, spirituality, grief and loss, and DUI education and therapy in a holistic treatment approach. I specialize in issues of aging adults loss, empty nesters, pain management, and loneliness. With 20 plus years' of experience as a therapist, I offer a broad range of experience, therapy modalities and treatment options such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), SMART Recovery skill building, MI therapy questioning, Hypnotherapy and Grief Recovery Methods to assist in the therapeutic process .  I enjoy mentoring new therapists as a supervisor towards their licensure.
